My Room Is a Box into Which Voices Fall (2024)
sound installation, 8’
BA diploma project developed in the Audiovisual Space Studio under the supervision of Dr. Łukasz Kosela.
The work is an interpretation of a domestic wall. The installation is driven by vibrating sounds - noises penetrating residential spaces. To make the noise visible, I used five resonant speakers. Through them, the entire object emits sound, and by moving around a given surface, one can observe shifts and modulations in the audio. Viewers are invited to touch the installation and interfere with it, silencing it through the pressure of their hands.
